Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround time is ~10-14 business days.

This time starts after Approval & Payment. We do have Rush Services for tight deadlines, subject to availability. Please let us know if Rush Services are required before approving your Order.


Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required to start production of your order.

Payment and approval are required before any order can be put into production.

Please review your mockups and print specs carefully.

We provide mock-ups as a visual reference for the placement of designs on different locations of the garment, such as the chest, back, sleeve, etc. While we aim for accuracy with our mock-ups, it is crucial to understand that the final printed design will adhere to the dimensions specified in the print specifications. Please note that the mock-ups serve as a general guide and may not perfectly represent the exact dimensions or placement of the design.

In the absence of specific custom size and/or placement instructions, we will print designs according to our in-house standard specifications, taking into account the garment type and the design itself. We prioritize maintaining consistent quality and ensure that the printed outcome meets our highest standards.

No returns or exchanges accepted.

We kindly request that our clients carefully inspect their orders upon delivery. Should any discrepancies be noted, we urge customers to promptly notify us within one week of receiving the order, either by phone or email, and provide photo evidence of the discrepancies. This allows our management team to assess the situation and provide the best possible guidance and resolution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
