Plain words about what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a project inquiry, we collect what you type and choose: your name, email, company, phone number (optional), notes (optional), and your answers about the project — who the merch is for, quantity, timeline, cadence, artwork status, product types, and budget range.

Our website platforms collect the standard basics any site does (server logs, device and browser information). The inquiry form itself sets no tracking cookies.

What we use it for

To respond to your inquiry, prepare your quote, and follow up about your project. Nothing else. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent your information.

Where it lives

Inquiries are stored in our Google Workspace — a spreadsheet, plus an email notification to our team. Our website runs on Squarespace and Vercel, which process standard visitor data on our behalf. We share project details with production vendors only as needed to produce work you've approved.

How long we keep it

As long as it's useful for handling your inquiry and any work that comes from it. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your choices

Email hello@orbital.ink to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you.

Children

Our site and services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
